I have many years of professional experience working across a range of different industries including healthcare, financial and professional services, broadcasting and the public sector. Customer focussed: I work hard to understand customers and translate their needs into tailored content across multiple channels including web, social media, TV, mobile, video and print. Writing skills: I have excellent writing and messaging skills - particularly writing for the web. I have a keen interest in employee wellbeing - particularly on the impact of stress on our physical and mental health. As a reiki practitioner, I give energy treatments that help correct and restore the natural flow of energy though our bodies.
