With over 15 years of work experience in customer care, I am currently the Operations & After Market Manager at Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon, a global leader in geomatics sollutions, machine control sollutions, software, and autonomous solutions. I have strong skills in French, English, and Microsoft Office, as well as a high level of customer orientation, problem-solving, and communication. As the Operations Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer care team and our Technical Service Department, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the service, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. I also work closely with the sales and marketing to provide feedback and insights from the customer perspective. My mission is to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction, and to drive the growth and innovation of the geosystems industry. I am passionate about learning new technologies and trends, and sharing my knowledge and expertise with others.
