With over 37 years of experience in the insurance industry, I was a national services leader who is passionate about delivering efficient, accurate, and secure data and document solutions for Gore Mutual Insurance and its clients. I have a proven track record of managing and underwriting new business, policy changes, submissions and cancellations with proven SLA results. As well, I managed the governance, compliance, storage, retention, and security processes. I have also managed switchboard, insurance document print generation and mailing operations. I strive to align my values and goals with any organization's culture and strategy. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and I enjoy collaborating with and empowering my colleagues and stakeholders across the company. As the National Operations Service Manager at Gore Mutual Insurance since May 2005, I am responsible for overseeing the data and document business processes for the entire company. I led a team of professionals who ensure the quality, timeliness, and compliance of data and document underwriting workflows. I also partnered with other departments and external vendors to optimize data and document solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. Some of my key achievements include implementing a new data entry system that improved accuracy and efficiency by 30%, securing a large contract with a leading document management provider that reduced costs and risks by 40%, and developing and delivering employee training programs on data and document best practices and standards. I leveraged my account management and leadership skills to foster positive relationships, drive performance, and deliver results. I am currently a senior business auditor at Cowan insurance, and I am responsible for all auditing of the brokerage. I’ve also been responsible for business continuity planning for the entire company.
