About Vicky Dodson

I believe in a Walmart for everyone. My passion is driving equity, opportunity, and belonging for all associates, no matter who they are or where they come from. When we live our values and treat our people with empathy and respect, we build something truly special. I began my 33-year Walmart career as an hourly associate and spent my first eight years with the company working on the front-line. Through that experience, I got to know our values, our culture, and most of all, the incredible associates who serve our customers and members every day. That front-line experience set me up for success as I moved to the Home Office and tackled roles in Training, People, and Associate Relations – among others. Today, it’s my privilege to serve on the President’s Inclusion Council and to be a member of the LGBTQ Officer Caucus. As Senior Vice President of Global Associate Relations, my job is to support Walmart’s culture, build programs that help our associates grow and thrive, and critically, to support all the ways we listen and respond to our people. By doing all that, we bring to life Walmart’s “live better” promise for over two million associates around the world.
