My background includes senior roles at Virgin Media, O2, and other telecom giants, where I developed expertise across Retail, Franchise, Learning & Development, B2B, Channel Management, and Contact Centres. As a neurodivergent professional, I understand first-hand the unique strengths neurodivergent people bring to the workplace. I’ve seen how small, meaningful adjustments can make a significant difference, not only in attracting and retaining talent but in building more engaged, productive teams. My commitment to inclusion is reflected in my role as co-chair of the VMO2 Neurodiversity Network and my pursuit of the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. Now with The Social Impact Academy, I’m proud to be part of a mission dedicated to championing neurodiversity, safeguarding, and sustainable impact. My focus is on helping organisations leverage neurodiverse talent to drive innovation and progress toward Net Zero goals, proving that inclusivity can be a powerful force in achieving both environmental sustainability and meaningful social impact.
