As the Country Head of Anchanto Indonesia, a global B2B SaaS company that enables enterprises to manage end-to-end eCommerce operations, I lead the sales, operations, and customer success teams in Indonesia, one of the fastest-growing markets in Southeast Asia. I am responsible for driving revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients across various industries and channels. I have over 10 years of experience in the SaaS and eCommerce industry, working with global brands, retailers, distributors, service providers, and logistics partners. I have successfully launched and managed multiple SaaS products and platforms, such as Anchanto's Order Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Digital Shelf, that help businesses simplify and optimize their online sales and logistics operations, also gain insights on online market share and competitors' behaviours. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of innovative and scalable solutions that address the challenges and opportunities of the omnichannel eCommerce landscape.
