About Vicky Hsiao

An experienced engineer who shows good trouble shooting skills and works closely with site operators to improve process performance. I am also able to demonstrate good project management skills from feasibility study throughout to commissioning. List of few projects below I was involved throughout my career: 1. Waste sludge reduction project for a waste water treatment process site 2. Establishing CO2 production plants for pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries. Building a waste water recycling plant that reaches 70% recycling rate. Establishing a electronic grade ethylene carbonate Chemical production site 5. Establishing a concrete additive production site Moreover, I am certified as a Process Safety Management specialist by the National Taiwan Occupational Safety and Health Management Bureau. To continuously improve my skills, I am actively pursuing Six Sigma training. This training will offer me a fresh perspective on problem-solving and contribute significantly to enhancing site performance.
