I lead a large-scale service operation, overseeing a multi-disciplinary workforce and ensuring consistent delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality outcomes. My role involves balancing operational performance with people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in environments where precision, trust, and accountability are critical. My background spans leadership of leaders, workforce design, service delivery, and performance management. I am particularly drawn to solving complex problems — bringing together people, systems, and data to create practical, sustainable solutions in environments where there is no single “right answer.” My interest in data developed through earlier project work, where I recognised that meaningful change requires more than instinct — it requires evidence. Since then, I have focused on using data and insights to inform decision-making, challenge assumptions, and improve outcomes. Alongside this, I am increasingly interested in how emerging technologies, including AI, can support better decision-making, improve service delivery, and unlock new ways of working. I am motivated by opportunities to think long-term, apply creativity to complex challenges, and contribute to transformation that has both operational and human impact. I am particularly interested in roles that combine performance, innovation, and purpose — especially in environments where trust, community outcomes, and thoughtful change are critical.
