More than 20 years in the Manufacturing experiences such as: Nike shoes molding, Barbie toys, Confectionery and Food Industry with several position- Operating Unit Management - Corporate Level Management - Engineering and Technical Project Senior Management - Production and Plant Management - Supply Chain Management - HR Management - Continuous Improvement Management - Safety, Health and Environment Has experience to handle multi million Euros projects, able to manage the problem solving of Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities and others both Technical and Non Technical matters and able to handle a large of people with some Managers as direct report to me and 100++ peoples indirect managed are the important things to develop my career which supported by some overseas training (Netherlands, Italy and others). By this way, I have had the opportunity to further develop and prove that I could effectively manage a much larger organization.
