I am an experienced IT professional of over 11 years. My passion lies in providing innovative solutions that address the diverse needs of businesses and providing exceptional customer service.Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in various aspects of IT, including general IT support, Windows desktop support, PABX phone systems, domain management and asset database setup and management. I have provided technical business analysis and managed the implementation of several new solutions as well as project managing and assisting with larger migrations.I have also demonstrated my proficiency in supporting and managing our Microsoft Dynamics database for over seven years including actioning and managing enhancements, writing policies and procedures, writing user documentation and creating reports using SQL, SSRS and PowerBI.I am excited about future opportunities to expand my knowledge and to grow myself in an ever developing industry.
