About Vicky Paynter

I have enjoyed being employed in both the legal and lending fields. I worked as a legal secretary and then a paralegal for 12 years. I have been a loan processor for 7 years, an SBA loan servicer. Currently I am employed by Wells Fargo Bank and have been for the past over 4 years. I started as a post-closing review specialist and advanced to AQR/CRG downgrade review team over one year ago. I love my position. I thoroughly enjoy work for Wells Fargo Bank. I am acutely aware of the press surrounding the bank, however my managers and superiors are people of the utmost integrity. They work diligently to achieve our Vision, Values and Goals - one of which is emphasis on superior customer service. They made some mistakes, however have vehemently worked to eliminate any repetition of these errors. Wells Fargo Bank dedicates more time and resources to community service for the enormous number of communities it serves world wide. It has a huge diversity and inclusion program and emphasis on employee volunteer service, paying employees for time to volunteer at the place of their choice. I am proud to be a Wells Fargo Employee.
