Hey everyone, I'm Vicky and at my core I'm an operator. I'll jump in wherever gaps appear, no matter how small. From coordinating zoom meetings across multiple time zones to checking in with team members to make sure everyone feels heard, I like to think of myself as the glue of the team and believe the journey is the goal. In my career that has spanned across various fields from teaching English to health tech and higher ed, I approach all tasks with a get things done attitude and a focus on real impact for real people. Growing up as a faculty brat I've lived in 3 countries, 4 states, and 7 college towns to date. I have a deep appreciation for the immigrant experience and am a huge advocate for cultural empathy. Being the perpetual new kid makes me want to always bring the new person into the fold. Lastly, I'm a cat lover, solitaire fanatic, language enthusiast, and painter.
