About Vicky Qinthara

I created and founded a digital marketing agency (DKCIndo) based on the biggest beauty content creator community in Indonesia, Indonesian Beauty Vlogger Community (IBV). I started working for IBV a year before I graduated from college in 2016. I worked with Social media Influencers who built the Beauty Industry in Indonesia. I managed those Social Media Influencers and my main focus was on the legal matters of the business and the Industry. That means I draft contracts for and between brands and social media influencers, translate the contracts, and also mediate feuds between parties. Since I managed social media influencers, that means I juggle a lot with intellectual property law too. Indonesian Beauty Community is the biggest Beauty influencer community in Indonesia and yet we have a very small team managing the community, consisting of 3 people, so aside from legal matters, I also did marketing strategy for brands that wanted to work with the community and also organizing social media events to run the marketing strategy. As a founder of a start-up, I wear many hats, that includes being a project manager and also a producer. So now I also personally handle and manage projects with our clients and I am grateful and humbled that I have been trusted to produce the biggest beauty event in one of the giant social media platforms.
