Communication is a key in any situation and I always make it a point to have that going. Perseverance and Pragmatism are the two qualities which I strongly believe in. I believe in the ideology and also possess the attitude "Where there's will, there's a way". A strong and significant background in IT project management and service management. Key areas of focus includes Client Management, making sure to understand their requirements, ensure they are delivered and their concerns are resolved; effective and concise communication; ensure the partnership with the client and team is nurtured with collaboration and positive mindset. I am truly fascinated on how project management helps to streamline the efforts thus ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency. Apart from my work life, I love to play sports especially Table Tennis and have represented my previous company in corporate events too. I believe sports teaches one to be motivated and full of spirit giving it all to the game irrespective of a win or a loss.
