About Vicky Sardar

Once upon a time, I imagined myself as a writer — crafting stories, building worlds, and finding meaning in every detail. But life had its own plot twist. I stumbled into the world of IT services, and before I knew it, I was writing a different kind of story — one told through projects, portfolios, and purposeful execution.Over the past 10+ years, I’ve mastered the art of turning ideas into impact — managing projects and portfolios across dynamic business environments. My journey has been about bringing structure to creativity — guiding initiatives from concept to completion using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. From project coordination to implementation of PM frameworks, I’ve helped teams transform uncertainty into clarity and strategy into delivery. My foundation in Industrial Engineering and command over statistical tools give me a sharp lens for process improvement and data-driven decisions.I’ve also spent years immersed in research and development, nurturing ideas from conceptualization to prototype to final product — blending innovation with execution.Today, I see myself as a storyteller still — only now, I tell stories through successful projects, optimized portfolios, and teams that thrive under clarity and purpose.Key Skills- PMO leader, Portfolio Strategy, Project Planning & Control, Operations Management, Optimization & Simulation techniques.
