About Vicky Singh Shankar

As a cluster visual merchandiser at Being Human Clothing, I oversee the design and execution of window displays, store layouts, and product placement for the East and MP regions. With over 12 years of experience in the retail industry, I have developed a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and customer preferences, and a strong ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services. I started my career as a sales associate at Bestseller India and Arvind Fashions Limited, where I learned the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and customer service. I then joined Being Human Clothing as a senior sales executive in 2015 and progressed to a store visual merchandiser in 2016. In my current role, I collaborate with the store managers, the marketing team, and the regional managers to create and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the brand image, attract customers, and increase sales. I also train and mentor the store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices. My goal is to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience across all the stores in my cluster, and to contribute to the growth and success of Being Human Clothing.
