About Vicky Steiner

In my current role as Associate Director of Retail, my commitment to excellence is unwavering. I continuously seek out opportunities to innovate and raise the retail experience for both the customers and employees. Currently, I graduated from the SLP (Senior Leadership Program) through Goodwill International. This was a rewarding experience to boost my confidence as a leader. Focusing on my leadership brand was an enlightening experience. Knowing my leadership brand would be a distinctive narrative that communicates who I am as a leader, I had to take a hard look at myself and how I want others to see me as a leader. My leadership brand is my personal brand, it is an impression of the reputation that will proceed me. My goal is to inspire my team and share my passion for retail, welcoming an environment where exceptional service and innovation are the norms. I take pride in mentoring my staff and encouraging their growth and leading by example to maintain the prestige and performance of the retail environment. I have built my career on the foundation of building up my team, watching them grow and blossom into their own role as a leader. I want to coach my team to ensure the satisfaction of the customer and excellence in operations.
