Hi, I’m Vicky Vora, a Chartered Accountant who cleared all levels of CA on the first attempt — driven by precision, curiosity, and a deep commitment to understanding both the numbers and the story they tell. Currently, I work as a Project Finance Executive at L&T MHI Power Boilers Pvt. Ltd.(Joint venture between Larsen & Tourbo Limited, India and Mitsubishi Hitachi Power, Japan), where I’m part of the core finance team managing one of India’s most ambitious power infrastructure projects: Gadarwara Super Thermal Power Project – Stage II Location: Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh | Capacity: 2x800 MW | Value: Crore As part of the finance function for this ultra-supercritical plant with an air-cooled condenser system, I am actively involved in: • Project costing and budgeting • Vendor reconciliations and Hold GL monitoring • SAP (FICO) operations related to procurement and project expenditures • Tracking LNTP-based supply and execution milestones in coordination with NTPC and internal stakeholders Earlier, during my articleship, I gained solid experience in: • GST compliance – return filings, annual returns, registrations, and replying to departmental notices • Statutory and tax audits – independently leading audits across industries • Financial reporting, indirect taxation, and business process understanding I bring a blend of: • Technical expertise in project finance and taxation • Practical experience with SAP, Excel, and GST systems • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams
