About Vicky Young

Bringing 15 years+ of Corporate Marketing experience, I’m well versed in enterprise Martech, innovation strategy and digital enablement. As GM of Marketing for Fuji Xerox I led a marketing team across Asia entering new markets and implementing growth strategies for the region. As an entrepreneur, I’ve launched and established two Ecommerce start-ups to scale and sale, and supported this process at Board level for several other companies. My current portfolio includes several board roles with tech start-ups, marketing strategy leadership with local small to medium enterprises and developing market entry programs for Australian businesses moving into international markets. I am currently Teaching Interactive and Digital Marketing at RMIT. I currently serve as an Executive Director and Operations Manager for Building Evolution; specialising in sustainable design and renovation/extension for inner Metro heritage homes. In this role I oversee all facets of the design and build process, engaging with our clients to understand their unique needs and overseeing the design and procurement to support quality construction processes. I am hugely passionate about heritage homes, living sustainably and family life in Melbournes Inner North. I have recently been a Program Director for the Social Enterprise ‘Women into Leadership’, Mentor with the iGen foundation and served on the ‘Woman Chiefs of Enterprise International’ committee in VIC.
