About Victor Albis

20 years of experience in a diversity of industries. As member of the board in a healthcare company, I have set up a team of professionals with which we have turned a dying company into a promising business, establishing a much more solid position in the market. In the last couple of years, we have improved our financial ratios, applied cost controls, reached to new and larger relationships with financial institutions, built a strong administration team, developed a refreshed brand, as well as a more efficient staff size with a healthy corporate environment. I'm also involved with the Videogame industry, working with the regional government as the leader for our local scenery. In this role, I pursue the development of new programs that can help our local studios to become more competitive in the international arena. We fulfil this goal by creating a healthy ecosystem, through a network of alliances bewteen government, academia, and local and international companies. Throughout this initiative, we have allowed local studios to provide services to foreign companies, as well as to develop self-created IPs which have turned into publishing contracts with major international corporations.
