Service / Operations Management and Logistic with over several years of experience, I have been a part of some challenging projects in multinational companies which require the application of skills to the international market. During my career, I always focus on the profitability of the business and it's development through the management of all the processes related to the purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, operational and logistic for both local and regional products / services. This includes monitoring performance by analyzing processes and costs, selecting suppliers and negotiating contracts to secure the best deals for each company. All this areas requires strong leaderships skills to work with internal stakeholders and external partners in order to achieve goals of a company. This is where my working experience would be a benefit and I will keep strive to achieve the best performance.
