Victor's background in large scale technology transformations makes him ideally suited to help teams and companies navigate their own technology change. Victor's experience crosses many industries such as finance, healthcare, and video games. Before Level19, Victor’s accomplishments include delivering mobile apps for online brokerage firms, leading digital transformation in Scotiabank’s customer self-serve channels, and hiring key talent in his role as a managing architect. He has also developed cloud-native systems and solutions for startup companies across the globe. When the Toronto-native is not working with his clients, Victor spends hours in the saddle searching for the perfect pastry. His travels throughout Canada, Southeast Asia, and western Europe have led him to conclude that more field research must be conducted.
