About Victor Capela

Started in the automotive industry as a young man, because my hobby was tinkering with automobiles and motorcycles. Driving was a passion and as such I fell in love with the idea of wanting more speed or the thrill of a race. Turning the passion into a career is a difficult thing to do as many find themselves with a dislike of turning their hobby into their work. For myself, twenty two year in the business and I found a new enjoyment in fixed ops. The ability to turn what I love into something others get to experience. My career has been one of enjoyment and at times challenged with the thought that others wouldn't recognize my potential for being able to bring into fixed ops what other haven't been able to. A true enjoyment of ownership, with growth. You don't simple grow a company by increasing a door rate or getting workers at cheaper rate. You grow by hiring the right people with a honest wage, something they can take pride in. Add in an opportunity for those who want to grow and reach their potential and you have the recipe for success. I look forward to finding my greatest career success as I feel it hasn't happened yet. As for my personally, my greatest success in life is my beautiful wife and two sons that bring me something no career could. I put family ahead of all things in my life and surround myself with those who feel the same way. These are the things that make us successful in life.
