Throughout my career, I have leveraged my superior insight on written communications to develop and refine effective copy for a wide variety of technical writing projects. Today, I am excited to offer my linguistic expertise and versatile creativity to foster stakeholder engagement for a growth-minded organization. I am extremely versatile, with hands-on experience in technical, professional, and creative writing. I’ve prepared company-wide communications for C-suite executives as well as casual content for blogs and podcasts. Whether I’m drafting corporate policies, editing scholarly journals, or writing technical documentation like user guides and process maps, I am known for my reliability and attention to detail. Although I excel in highly technical roles, I strive to infuse humor into every aspect of my life. Of course, that’s not hard to do when the universe decides to make you the poster child for irony. Not only am I a communications expert who’s extremely introverted, but I’ve also turned my debilitating disability into a career; being a copyeditor who has been clinically diagnosed with OCD is almost like having the cheat codes for accuracy and attention to detail. My need (as in, a literal, physical need) for words to be perfectly strung together is what drives me to improve the inane content that we’re all bombarded with daily.
