As Vice President at KWC Engineers, I oversee projects that span multiple jurisdictions, including Caltrans, CA DWR, and various counties within Southern California. I am a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Qualified Stormwater Developer (QSD), and I had the privilege of serving as the 2020-2021 President of the ASCE Riverside/San Bernardino Chapter of the Los Angeles Section.
