He added immense value to both the LAC and MusiCares teams during two GRAMMY Weeks by assisting with production operations for the GRAMMY Awards, MusiCares’ Person of the Year Auction, LAC’s Nominee Brunch, and the annual New Member Celebration. Victor also managed a cross-functional team of 15 college students that utilized innovative marketing tactics to increase GU membership. At the conclusion of his time at the GRAMMYs, Victor helped increase membership by 50% in two years and established meaningful connections/opportunities for hundreds of college students nationwide.
