I'm a seasoned IT professional with over 30 years of experience delivering secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across a wide range of industries, from non-profits to Fortune 100 enterprises. My career has been defined by a commitment to staying ahead of evolving threats and by helping organizations modernize their identity and access infrastructures without compromising operational continuity. My primary focus is on Active Directory security, Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), and Zero Trust architecture with a strong emphasis on reducing Tier 0 exposure, hardening hybrid identity systems, and building actionable recovery strategies. I bring both deep technical expertise and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide audience, whether it's through technical writing, executive briefings, or conference presentations. I take pride in driving conversations around proactive defense strategies that bridge on-prem and cloud-based identity systems, aligning security outcomes with business priorities.
