A Little bit About me: In I bought my first investment property, and from implementing what I have learnt from books, my mentors and the numerous seminars my wife and I attended, have gone on to, over the two decades, buy multiple investment properties each year, and constantly adjusted my portfolio in line with my goals and the market and am now controlling a multimillion dollar portfolio. In 2001, I left my secure job as a sonographer, and started Right Group (now known as Right Property Group) where I started helping my clients achieve results in line with their own goals, using property as the vehicle. I have personally undertaken practically all the strategies being highlighted in seminars and books, except multi-storey developments, and have over time, created a simple yet effective strategy that weathers the different market conditions to deliver proven results time and time again for my clients. Having invested so heavily myself, and still investing in today’s market, my guidance is based on what works today for your particular situation. Hurdles that will come your way are easily summountable, as I have the hindsight of having made every mistake there is in property investing in the early years, so that you don’t have to go through the agony. I am a well-known speaker at seminars and run my own fortnightly education event at Parramatta Rydges since 2009.
