About Victor Lima Damasceno

During high school, I was actively involved in various extracurricular activities, including language tutoring programs and sports. My first professional opportunity came through a summer administrative internship, where I was responsible for developing a new customer database, contacting delinquent accounts, and organizing files. In early 2019, I enrolled at the Federal University of Minas Gerais as an undergraduate student in International Economic Relations. There, I gained deeper insights into the global economic and geopolitical landscape and dedicated time to exploring socioeconomic and demographic issues. Between 2019 and 2020, I expanded my technical knowledge and acquired new skills, such as advanced Spanish and Microsoft Excel. I also completed several behavioral courses during this period, including Personal Organization (Fundação Bradesco) and earned a certification in English fluency. From July to October 2021, I interned in Project Management at Offerwise Research, where I had the opportunity to lead market research projects for high-profile clients such as Ipsos, Qualy, Mondelez, Porto Seguro, Lacta, Itaú Unibanco, and Edenred. My role involved direct client communication and the creation and maintenance of market research projects. In November 2021, I joined Vallourec, initially as an intern, then as an Inside Sales Assistant, and since July 2024, I have served as the youngest Sales Process Specialist in the Back Office sector for the Energy and Industry export market. Across these roles, my responsibilities have included cost and feasibility analysis, offer development, order processing, SAP order entry and reporting, and data reporting. Starting in 2024, my duties at Vallourec also came to include client reception and the preparation and coordination of technical visits to production areas.
