About Victor Manda

EN: The construction industry, especially housing, needs more than innovation — it needs a fundamental shift in thinking. After nearly two decades in construction leadership, I believe we must rethink why we build, how we build, and what we build. Housing should no longer be treated as a static product, but as a living system — one that protects health, adapts to change, and reflects ethical transparency. My focus is now on challenging outdated paradigms and opening new conversations about the future of living.
