With a professional and academic background focused on Project Management and Operational Optimization through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, I have dedicated my career to driving Efficiency and leading teams to reach their full potential. Currently, I work as a Project Manager, overseeing more than 80 projects across 22 countries. My passion for Personal and Professional Development is reflected in an inclusive and collaborative approach, fostering environments where each team member feels valued and empowered. My Language Skills enhance my ability to collaborate in Multicultural Environments, and my experience as a Project Manager and Supervisor, both nationally and internationally, reinforces my commitment to Continuous Improvement and team success. Over the course of my career, I have led and trained more than employees. With solid experience in quality management and agile methodologies (SCRUM), I have developed skills to optimize processes effectively. Among my achievements, I have successfully managed projects for major global companies such as Driscoll's, Coca-Cola, Kraft Heinz, Volkswagen, M Dias Branco, Greif, Gepp, ABI, Klabin, Henkel, among others. PMP certification expected by the end of 2024.
