About Victor Ng

Having deployed in humanitarian operations, served in the Public Service, and having served in the peacetime military, I am a firm believer that each of us has unique talents and qualities that would create positive impact in one way or another, in someone else's life, or in the field of work or expertise that one is in. Each of us has a story to tell, a journey to embark on, and a gift that can and will inspire others - likewise, let us remember to pause, to hear, to listen, to step forward and be the support for humanity when the needs arise. While I continue to embark on new journeys in the humanitarian spaces, I humbly seek the advice of like-minded humanitarian practitioners and am looking forward to making a difference - in my home country of Singapore, in APAC, and in the world. I believe we can do more to address poverty and inequality, social inclusion, migrant worker advocacy, refugee protection and advocacy, and improve humanitarian responses, awareness, training, and equipping. May we always remember the past, prevent mediocrity in the present, and do today what may make a difference for a better tomorrow.
