About Victor Rey

Product leader with more than 10 years in software development and 8+ years building and scaling digital products across fintech, payments, and high-volume betting platforms. I specialize in turning complex technical systems into products that deliver measurable business outcomes. My experience spans platform products, payment infrastructure, and customer-facing applications used by large consumer platforms. Recently I’ve been focusing on AI-driven product experiences and AI-assisted development workflows, including recommendation systems, LLM-based experimentation, and rapid AI prototyping. At GBE Technologies I led the development of a 0→1 betting recommendation product, later evolving it into an AI-powered suggestion engine using LLM-based insights to improve user engagement and retention. I’m particularly interested in how AI can enhance decision-making, personalize user experiences, and accelerate product development cycles.
