I started +20 years ago with hands-on delivery roles, learning the core of network operations and enterprise demands. Over two decades, I grew into strategic leadership, overseeing vendor ecosystems, service delivery excellence, and operational governance for Ericsson’s most dynamic markets. Along the way, I’ve embraced change, driven process optimization, empowered teams, and stayed focused on delivering sustainable value. Today, as Head of Vendor Management for Europe and Latin América, my goal remains the same: make complex operations simple, scalable, and successful, always keeping people and results at the heart of the mission.
