About Victor Scott

Victor Scott is a Technical Lead for Shake Shack Enterprises. He joined the Shake Shack team in August of 2023 and has over 15 years of support experience. As the Technical Lead, he manages all aspects of the desktop support experience at our corporate headquarters, global corporate offices, and all retail locations nationally. Prior to Shake Shack, Victor was employed as Senior Support Executive for PVH, an American clothing company which owns brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Warner's, Olga and True & Co. In his position, he was responsible for all facets of C- Level Executive Support which included advanced problem diagnosis, root cause analysis, communication and break/fix solutions with supporting documentation. Victor has held various support roles at Eileen Fisher, Edelman, BNY Mellon, Epoch Investment Partners Inc, The Ford Foundation, Lifetime, One Economy Corp, Helen Keller International, Girls for Gender Equity, and the National Labor Committee. Victor achieved his Diploma at John F. Kennedy High School in Bronx, NY. He earned a certificate of completion at NPower (npower.org) in Level I Support with Networking and dedicated his first 4 years in the nonprofit sector. Born and partially raised in NYC, he currently resides in New Jersey.
