As a SOC Analyst, my main task is to monitor, analyze and investigate new cyber threats and vulnerabilities, how to mitigate and prevent attacks. Prepare plans of action, continuously updating myself in the newest mitigation techniques and cyber attacks. As a Production Supervisor, I had the opportunity to gain expertise in the sales and customer service field, assuring the KPIs were always at top level, experience training people for specific departments and handling the company's special accounts. As a Network Associate I was able to gain experience in network infrastructure, technical support. Having a deep understanding in Network Security, Wireless Technologies, VLANs, STP, DHCP, IPv6, routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP.
