Malo lava le soifua maua ma le Lagi e mama, greetings and good health to you. I’m a loving husband and father of 3 that’s been in teams that have achieved the absolute pinnacle. I’ve dedicated the last 15yrs of my life to excellence on the rugby field and look forward to adding value and learning from people and businesses who are excited about creating and maintaining a high performance team culture that values people. As a proud NZ born Samoan, my culture played a big part in my upbringing and values and I am proud to speak the language as well as French. My education at Scots College in Wellington taught me the virtue of the all round man and allowed me to further my academic potential alongside my sporting abilities. To this day, I carry my diverse learnings with me and am grateful for the unique perspective it has afforded me. I’m a communicative, goal driven, connector of people who believes with a passion that with the right people and values, any dream is possible. I have skills working with teams and leadership, change management, project management to name a few, but am open to explore others as I carve out a new path.
