About Victoria Baranow

I am a compassionate and decisive people manager who coaches, empowers, and supports team members to achieve their goals and grow their potential. I have led and collaborated with cross-functional teams to get things done. I currently lead Thomson Reuter's CoCounsel Core product for Canada as a Senior Product Manager within an international CoCounsel team. I also have over 6 years of experience as a product manager overseeing a global portfolio and I have obtained my PMP certification. I enjoy facilitating challenging conversations and interpreting the roadblocks between subject matter experts, stakeholders, and technology developers. I especially enjoy working at the intersection of technology and information where I thrive as a technology translator between developers and other stakeholders. I am passionate about coaching teams, solving complex problems in collaboration with other SMEs and stakeholders, improving processes, and creating value for clients and end-users. I have gained exposure to a wide variety of software, learning features and functionalities quickly, including Microsoft Project, Jira, Visio, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc. I have been recognized with the International Legal Technology Association's (ILTA) Young Professionals to Watch Award in 2021, and contributed to the firm's winning multiple awards from the Canadian Law Awards as a Product Manager.
