About Victoria Bice

Hi, I'm Victoria — a seasoned professional with a passion for enabling technology teams to thrive. With a strong background in Project Management (traditional, six sigma, agile & hybrid), Product Ownership, and Scrum Master leadership, I specialize in building the bridge between business goals, technical execution and successful implementations.Over the years, I’ve developed a knack for supporting technology specialists by making sure they have the clarity, resources, and direction they need to deliver high-impact results. I take pride in translating stakeholder requirements into actionable plans and ensuring every part of the process stays collaborative, agile, and on target.Whether I’m championing a product vision, navigating complex projects, or removing roadblocks for my teams, I bring a thoughtful, structured approach that keeps momentum moving forward and fosters trust across the board. My leadership style blends empathy, precision, and a relentless drive to see both people and projects succeed. When I'm not immersed in workflows and strategy sessions, I enjoy being a mom, reading and gardening, and I’m always looking for new ways to grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact.
