About Victoria D.

In my previous role as an Executive Assistant, I developed several key skills that will be directly transferable to the position of Project management-related positions. Firstly, I recently completed the 23-hour course to be qualified to take the CAPM exam. This course helped me gain significant experience in strategic planning, project lifecycles, quality, and all of the other elements of project management. Currently, I have used these skills to collaborate with colleagues across departments acting as a facilitator to understand stakeholder's needs and requirements and assisting them in developing and refining their plans. As a result, I acquired a deeper understanding of work requirements and effectively managed resources. Moreover, my meeting coordination skills enabled me to coordinate multiple complex projects while ensuring deadlines were met. I had regular interactions with stakeholders, vendors, and the senior management team to ensure effective communication and implementation of decisions. In addition to my skills, I possess some notable strengths, including collaboration, problem-solving, and planning. Being a team player, I have the experience to work in a collaborative environment for successful project completion. My proficiency in Problem-Solving has enabled me to identify and resolve obstacles promptly. Furthermore, my Planning skills help me analyze potential risks and plan mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of projects.
