About Victoria Ignateva

Community development manager with a background in psychology and training. I possess exceptional leadership, organisational, communication, and technology skills, which allow me to effectively engage stakeholders, and manage and coordinate teams and complex projects. Proven track record of effective project management and handling complex organisational tasks. Proficient at identifying and resolving difficult problems and delivering creative improvement strategies into organisational processes. Experience in a range of technology skills and different software, which allow me to create and use contemporary techniques to engage stakeholders and manage complex projects. Currently studying Master of Artificial Intelligence at Monash University, I hope to combine my previous education in Psychology with new technological advancements to improve organisational processes. In 2023, I successfully completed the Graduate Diploma of Psychology at Monash University which gave me the chance to deeply study the underlying psychological processes, digital technologies in mental health and how to run and analyse statistical data. In my spare time, I combine my passion for working with people and training in effective communication, volunteering at the Monash Student Association as a trainer and a leader in Language Drop-In Sessions.
