About Victoria Long

ZPP (2006 - 2022) Started as machine assistant, packing and assembling. After many years with the company I took the leap into an office based role becoming receptionist, this involved preparing/ sending parcels, data entry, telephone duties and being a warm and welcoming face to customers and staff. A position became available within the company and I moved on to become an estimator/ executive account handler. Arranging samples, estimates, po's, and following jobs through to completion. During my career with this company I also dealt with Health and Safety, duties including Risk assessments, COSHH assessments, Manual handling training, monthly water/ emergency lighting testing and housekeeping inspections forwarding reports on to the management team to ensure any issues are dealt with promptly. Safety Steward Principality Stadium (2022 - Ongoing) being a go to for information and guidance whilst on site at the Principality stadium, ensuring a fun safe and pleasant experience to all. The Royal Mint Experience Office Assistant (2022 - ongoing) Email and phone correspondence with customers and internal persons. Creating bookings, adjusting bookings on our booking system, pulling daily reports. Managing multiple inboxes and Outlook for diary managment. Data input on excel keeping information clear and up to date. Raising of requisitions, receipting of purchase orders, Invoicing and dept recovery. Taking minutes at meetings, reporting to the management team. Assisting in pop up events (rarely but on occasions)
