About Victoria M.

Fueled by her own journey of self-discovery, Vicki hopes to guide people to their best selves. Combining her educational and life experiences, she provides an integrative approach to therapy. After years of traveling and participating in various rites of passage, Vicki graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a BA in Psychology. Following undergrad, she moved to Hawaii and spent two years working Wilderness/Horticulture Therapy in a treatment center. It was there that she rekindled her passion for rites of passage and learned to view it as a treatment modality. After learning the importance of incorporating nature in her own healing, Vicki received her Master’s in Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy from Naropa University. Vicki is also trained in EMDR. A longing for the sea drew to her Florida where she found Viamar Health and began working in eating disorders. Using a relational model and person-centered approach, Vicki incorporates evidence-based practices, experiential learning, mindfulness, the 12-steps and a rites of passage lens to help her clients find healing and growth.
