I am a registered social worker with experience in a variety of practice, supervisory and management roles including statutory safeguarding, therapeutic social work, and within the family court. I am experienced in coaching and managing individuals and teams to improve practice and deliver outstanding services, as well as to deliver organisational strategies and objectives. This has included developing and delivering training on a range of practice issues. I have excellent written skills and consistently produce high quality analytical assessments and reports, accessible to a range of audiences. I also regularly quality assure the work of practitioners within my team, feeding back strengths but also identifying learning points to ensure the work of the team is robust, person centred and promotes the trust of stakeholders and partner agencies. I pride myself on excellent communication skills, through which I establish and maintain effective, respectful and professional relationships.
