About Victoria Proctor

It was instilled in me from a young age that if you put your heart and effort into a goal you will achieve it. I have learned through my life experiences that success is not always guaranteed, but the lessons you take away are just as important. I have always been a strong, hard-working, dedicated person and I look forward to bringing those traits, along with my positive attitude, to wherever the future takes me. I have held multiple positions in different career fields and know that I can handle any change, and challenge, and any curveball that is thrown at me. I graduated from central Michigan University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice and a minor is Psychology. Prior to my graduation I obtained employment at a Juvenile Care Center where I spent the next five and a half years expanding my skills in leadership and teamwork as well as obtaining certifications in multiple internationally recognized behavioral modification programs. As I grew I realized that I wanted to be a part of a more fast-paced, business driven environment. I obtained a position in the Human Resources department of Morbark LLC and have made the most of every opportunity I have been presented with since then. I have had the fortune of establishing an effective HR department through the transition from private equity ownership to a publicly traded company. In addition to the multitude of changes that coincided with this new ownership I have been privileged to spearhead the implementation of new programs within the company, such as an attendance bonus program and referral bonus program, as well as optimize preexisting programs. I am continuously looking for opportunities to better myself as both a person and a vital member of a modern workforce. I strive to be the best I am and know I will be an invaluable asset to any company my future may lead me to.
