My extensive experience has afforded me the ability to develop and execute complex strategies, manage key initiatives and projects, and coach leaders to achieve exceptional results all creating and implementing organizational wide solutions. My track record of improving retention, increasing company growth, and speaks to my passion for leading teams and delivering results. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with degrees in applied behavior analysis, organizational management, and psychology, I bring a unique perspective to my work, with the goal of understanding employee's "why" and reason to continue as a member of the organizational structure. I currently serve as President-Elect for the Association for Behavior Analysis of Brevard.
