About Victoria Simpson

I'm an instructional designer who turns complex information into learning experiences people can actually use.Over the past 7 years, I've developed 28 curriculum projects from SCORM-compliant eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline and Rise to comprehensive training programs serving learners annually. I work closely with subject matter experts to reverse engineer technical documentation, policy requirements, and system procedures into clear, actionable training that drives results. My background is in highly regulated environments where precision matters: government systems, compliance training, and complex procedural content. I bring the same rigor to corporate learning, whether that's product training, user documentation, customer education, or employee onboarding. What I do best: collaborate across functions, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and create learning experiences that respect both the content and the people who need to learn it. I'm proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, multimedia development, and LMS administration (Canvas, SuccessFactors).I'm currently seeking opportunities where thoughtful instructional design makes a measurable difference, whether that's EdTech, SaaS, healthcare, or corporate L&D.
