In my current role as Kiwibank’s Commercial Regional Manager – Lower North Island, I lead a team of 20 exceptionally talented professionals committed to delivering customer-centric banking solutions.My strong people and leadership skills have consistently enabled me to navigate complex challenges and achieve strategic goals. Throughout my career, I’ve remained dedicated to putting customers first while empowering my team to perform at their best. Having transitioned from customer-facing roles into leadership, I bring a well-rounded perspective that has helped me contribute meaningfully to New Zealand’s banking landscape.Skilled in financial risk, relationship management, and financial analysis, I offer a comprehensive understanding of the financial industry. My background in sales, coupled with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, allows me to balance high performance with genuine care—delivering results while supporting those around me.Over the past year, I’ve focused on lifting team performance and driving market growth.
