About Victoria Sutton

With over 13 years of experience working with young people, I am passionate about empowering the next generation to reach their full potential. I work in partnership with sixth forms and colleges, delivering engaging sessions and workshops that raise aspirations for higher education and support student recruitment. I collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to plan, manage, and deliver impactful subject specific taster day on campus. In addition, I lead on our team’s communications strategy and oversee the development and maintenance of our website. My background includes extensive experience in administrative and project management roles, as well as mentoring students, including those with additional needs. I have managed team members for the past six years and am highly confident working in both remote and in-person environments.
