I’m an ambitious and forward-thinking HR professional currently leading both HR and Office Management at a fintech firm. With a strong foundation in strategic HRM, I’ve led the transformation of underperforming HR functions, built people infrastructure from the ground up, and empowered managers with tools, playbooks, and practical coaching. I’m known for hitting the ground running, even in messy or chaotic environments. I turn ambiguity into action and create calm, compliant, people-focused operations. Whether working across remote sites or in head office, I build trust, streamline processes, and elevate HR to become a true business partner. Currently studying for my MSc in Human Resource Management and on track to graduate in December 2025.
